I did this while I was on, came back greater than 5000.
Of course, I’m too much of an idiot in the gym to have maximized my benefits from that test level, although I did drop my dose.

@physioLojik I’m a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), very knowledgeable in regards to the musculoskeletal system; however, when it comes to the endocrine system my logic is naturally lacking. I’m currently 31y/o, 5’9, 185lbs at 18-20% body fat. I have been weight training for a year and am about to run my first Test-E cycle for 12 weeks. Due to being in rural community and owning my own business, I can not continuously run labs for wanting to keep this to myself and away from my referral sources. In your opinion, and I know it is hard for you to answer without a lot of info, should I run some Tamoxifen a few weeks into the cycle, or just wait and see if I am showing any symptoms of hyperestrogenism?
You can always run private labs and nobody but you gets notified. I use PrivateMD Labs
What dose are you planning? I would have Nolva on hand and be prepared.

I use them all the time. You log in, order the panels you want, pay and they send you a lab order via email. Show up to LabCorp and get the blood draw. Results are emailed directly to you.
500 is a good dose. Never know, you could get some nipple tenderness at that dose. Be good to have Nolva on hand and start out around 20 mg eod and bump up as necessary to see results
I use discountlabs dot com. They have great panels and I always get my bloodwork with 5 business days. Cant say enough good things about them. About to run bloodwork through them next week.

Testosterone Total test can here will run $28 so yes a little more.
