Football Returns !

College and NFL football is making its yearly return now and I am stoked. My teams this year will be the New York Giants as well as Baltimore Ravens for the bigs and Penn State and Michigan for cleege 'ball.

What about the rest of you folks ? Who do you like to get to the Superbowl and the college bowl games ?

The Bears are going to win the Superbowl.

Buckeyes all the way. Excuse me, I must go make sacrafices to my Jim Tressel altar…

That would be sweeeeeet!!!

I’ll be following the Skins and Pitt Panthers. I’m not too happy with Springs and Portis being out already. We’ll need both if we want a realistic shot at winning our division. Some of the CFB fans on here are the CFB equivalent of those skinny trolls that post about their muscle size on these boards. They just watch ESPN and automatically think the Big East sucks horse dick. I won’t say too much about Pitt right now except that Elijah Fields is a name to remember. The kid is an absolute FREAK.

Skins and Seminoles

Awwwww yeahhh…

Say it with me now!

“We are…”

Giiants all the way!

Our entire year is going to be made or broken by Eli Manning… damn. Hope he does good :D.

Looking foward to seeing what Sinaris Moss can do for us as well.

Wait, you mean you’re just picking new teams to root for this year? Or are these just the teams you’re “betting on” to win?

Anyway, as have been my unflinching teams since I knew what football was:

Steelers in pro ball
Penn State (no shit) and Nebraska in college

Also, how dare you root for both Michigan and Penn State together. Pick one, good or evil, you can’t have both.

Steelers for pro

Bruins and Gators for college

Bauer, I have always been a Penn State fan from my perch here in Canadia ever since I started playing 'ball when I was 16 and watching college football. I quit after high school unfortunatley btw :(. I started watching Larry Johnson and loved the ground attack as a former O-Guard (mad respect to fellow lineman past, present and future !).

I love the Ravens D (have for years) and was really impressed by Eli Manning, Tiki Barber, their o-line and the Giant’s defense and pass-rushers especially. They drafted Kiwanuka, my favourite d-end from the last couple years too.

I’d like to see Ray Lewis and Urlacher win a superbowl before they retire, though.

Oh, man that’s sad. You must be a man of constant sorrow.

Don’t know about who’s going all the way, but my picks for suprise team of the year are:

Arizona Cardinals
Tenn. Titans

College:

Arkansas (McFadden will win the Heisman before he graduates. Saw him in person against Georgia, freakin’ sick).

West VA - rediculous running game.

Navy - could post a 1-loss season.

Patriots and Wolverines
