for the next month i’m going to be living at Harvard. I’m going to try and check out the gym tomorrow but my big concern is the food.
unfortunately i only get 3 meals a day so i’ll have to try to bring stuff out of the cafeteria with me. hopefully i can get good food choices there but i wont know how much i’m eating really. In addition to the food i’ll have from the cafeteria i also brought enough protein powder for pre/post workout and a lot of nuts (and i can get more of that at nearby stores), so i was thinking something like 2oz. of nuts each night for my last snack or something.
Anyway if anyone has any ideas for best choices or what to eat while i’m here i’d appreciate it. for the most part i plan on doing somewhat of a tarketed carbs diet, having a good amount pre/post workout (and maybe breakfast on off days?) and just meats and vegetables the rest of the time. or maybe having 2 bigger carb meals workout days (post workout and meal after that, or breakfast then workout then post workout), then just one after HIIT or something on off days
