I do all my meal prep for the week on a monday. Makes life so much smoother for the rest of the week. Can be pretty demanding on Tupperware and fridge space though. If I had a bit more space to store, I’d probably prepare most of a months food in one go and freeze it.
I have to take a blood test fasted tomorrow and so breakfast will be had at the office afterwards. I should toast oats more often,
Cheat meal - healthy but a lot of calories for one meal but <3 - have to give credit to the mrs for this though!
What kind of bread and cheese am I looking at here? Is that brie? Looks good. Helluva spread. The wife and I would love stuff like this but…kids…
Camembert (not sure if spelt right) … stinks but taste GAF when melted, bread is home bake sour dough rolls from the local super market.

Meal preppers: what’s the best way to make sweet potatoes that hold over okay to be microwaved later? Halves roasted in oven? Slow-cooked wholes? Bring raw potatoes to work and nuke them for ten minutes?
I just bring to work raw, wrap in wet paper towel and microwave for 5-6 minutes, flipping once. A quick minute in a toaster oven crisps the skin nicely, if you have access to one.
Don’t forget to poke a few holes in it!

If I end up being a professor, I could use breaks( after getting tenure) for this. I’d come up with recipes, hire a chef, invite some coworkers doing awesome things in their fields and eventually maybe sell seats at the table.

I like really unhealthy food, pretty much. My ideal diet leans pretty heavily on bread, meat and melted cheese.
I look at food like yours above and it looks healthy. It looks like I’d enjoy it. However whenever I try and prepare it, I don’t enjoy it.

Not really, no. I can take or leave potatoes in nearly any form.
I don’t know what a patty melt is, but cheeseburgers are pretty good, when done well.
I live in a very non-touristy part of the continent.
