They were so crispy!!!
They were! Well, as much as you would expect from two teenagers. But they both inhaled a whole pizza each. ![]()
Husband was very complimentary.
Thats exactly what I’d expect from teenagers. ![]()
Certainly!
Looks delicious! I’d eat one!
Girlfriend, those look AMAZING!!! Frozen cheese be damned! Nice job.
I’m terrible at good vs. good decisions, so I’d have to have ⅓ of each.
They all look amazing!
Must have tasted as good as they look.
Looks amazing!
Oh, that’s completely excellent. ![]()

Plus note. I found my Great Aunt’s recipe for perogies in one of my mom’s old church cookbooks. Score.
Every mine patch had a Yugoslav Club!
This one in my/my grandparents neighborhood is still going strong.
I could be totally wrong, but its like 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 cup water & pinch of salt, mixed on the kitchen table like a volcano.
I believe that is in the recipe that I found.
Grew up in a tiny patch. ![]()
Thats from memory! I haven’t made pierogies in about 43 years though.
That one is called Coverdale, in Bethel Park, south of Pittsburgh.
I currently live in Library (south park), a little further south. I like the mine patches.
We used to use glasses. We had a whole set that were the perfect size. Me & my brothers would bang out like 500 at a time for my dads girlfriends church bingo.
Edit: I gotta make some now. Im praying for rain so I can make some good potato/sheepshead mushroom pierogis.
Might have to recruit the neighbor. Me & him did about 400 of his moms(phillipino) pork rolls last year. Man those were good!
