When I get around to it, I’m also going to get a new pan (or my current one) and weld some angle pieces to it to ensure uniform width.

I have an idea to make frangipane with toasted walnut flour, bake it in a 1/2 dome mould, cool and cover with chocolate to make kind of a cookie truffle thing.
I’m afraid of it not holding shape. Thoughts?
I can’t think of any reason it wouldn’t. I’ve made it with pistachios before with no issues.
