Tonight is the night… I will attempt amazing pizza. (Several actually. I will be feeding two carnivores and a vegitarian). I will share the results.
@SkyzykS tomorrow I believe I will attempt perogies… More to come.
Side note: The cross country team enjoyed the cookies. :smiling_face:

@Brant_Drake quick question. Peppers, onions and tomatoes. How long and at what temp would you roast for pizza toppings?

400f for 15 minutes or so.

I have an idea to make frangipane with toasted walnut flour, bake it in a 1/2 dome mould, cool and cover with chocolate to make kind of a cookie truffle thing.

I’m afraid of it not holding shape. Thoughts?

I can’t think of any reason it wouldn’t. I’ve made it with pistachios before with no issues.

I’ve only seen frangipane baked into tarts or pastry so I was afraid the shape wouldn’t hold without some other structure around it

I’m hoping to get a ganache type texture so I can make truffles

As long as the exterior is set you should be fine.
