4th of July for my coworkers.
Not sure if beverages are appropriate here, but lately I have been cold steeping tea that I purchased from my local farmer’s market. It’s amazing and doesn’t need any sweetener.
Homemade Mini taco salads today
Beef, bean, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa in Tortilla shell
Had to wait for the flan to set.
Steak sammich- red onion, shitake mushrooms (buried) and provolone, drizzled with house of Tsang’s teriyaki.
Basil Pizza- dough brushed with lemon infused olive oil & a little black truffle, red sauce, lotsa fresh basil.

Chef approved.
