Not sure if beverages are appropriate here, but lately I have been cold steeping tea that I purchased from my local farmer’s market. It’s amazing and doesn’t need any sweetener.

Steak sammich- red onion, shitake mushrooms (buried) and provolone, drizzled with house of Tsang’s teriyaki.
Basil Pizza- dough brushed with lemon infused olive oil & a little black truffle, red sauce, lotsa fresh basil.

Air fried a bison tri tip today, and though that sounds like a sin, it turned out amazing
Served it up with some local radishes (sautéed in avocado oil), local tomatoes, mashed cauliflower, romaine and iceberg salad, and some air fried calamari to make surf and turf
