Ribeye is always my favorite, but honestly, grilled skirt steak will always be in the conversation for best cut of steak - just my opinion.

Adana kebab. I cannot for the life of me form them with the nice ridges as is done in the Middle Eastern restaurants. They were amazing though. I used the recipe below from one of my favorite home-cooking sites and authors.

Eggplant parm made with seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs in the air fryer, whole wheat pasta al pomodoro made with tomatoes and basil from the garden, along with onion and garlic not from the garden. SO GOOD. I rarely do meatless meals, but I swear I could eat this every day. It was filling, but also light somehow.

Yesterday the waitress was amazed when we ordered this thing /below in the photo/ for each of the kids. Usually such a portion is enough for two, and sometimes it is difficult to eat it. The content is a lot of chicken and all kinds of vegetables.
