I’ve just started work in a school and the food served in the canteen isn’t really suitable for my goals/needs. So i’m just wondering what you work-types pack to take to work?
I work 8.30- 4. I currently pack a large chicken salad, 2 protein shakes with safflower oil in them, some brazil nuts, almonds or peanuts. Got some ideas for a big meal i could cook up and take in for lunch? Cheers
