Focus on the Essential

Naughty indeed! Very nice shot!

Thanks for the compliments everyone. Although the ass is sweet I’m really proud of the composition.

Anywho all that flattery pushed me to the gym so it was for a good cause. I hadn’t lifted heavu in weeks between the diving and traveling for work. Plus it’s friday, the week was long AND stupid me I forgot to snack before hitting the barbell. All in all it wasn’t bad but I was disapointed by how damn heavy it all felt.

deadlifts
155lbs 1x3
185lbs 1x2
205lbs 1x1
225lbs 4x1
205lbs 3x2 1x1
185lbs 1x5 - sounds corny but I was happy to rep out a few here.

barbell millitary press
75lbs 5x5

ghetto GHR 3x8

20 minutes of inclined treadmill 10-12% at 2.5-3mph.

meals
breakfast:oates, pp and blueberries
lunch: 3 hard boiled eggs over baby spinach, couple of teaspoons of penut butter
supper (post workout) canned salmon sandwhich on multigrain bread with baby spinach, mustard and sliced sweet pickles. a handfull of raisins.
snack: pp and hazelnut butter

I’m back on track and badder than ever. Now to curl up with Bourdain and a cup of mint tea. How hardcore of me.lol.

I forgot to mention I scored an awesome pair of Calvin Klein pumps while shopping in T.O.
and they were half price! I will probably pay for it in my next life.

Very nice shoes!!! Awesome deal! I think you’d only pay for it if you had paid full price.

It’s Friday night - that mint tea should at least be a glass of wine!

oh - I guess you are compensating for a week on the road…

I agree Greenies the true crime would have been paying the full price.

soldog - totally compensating for a week on the road but no worries the brother and his wife invited us for a raclette tomorrow and asked me to bring a couple of bottles if vino.

I slept a solid 9 hours the previous night, planned a nice breakfast and lunch before hand and was ready to kick it at they gym. Overall happy with the intensity and residual soreness.

Tonight is Raclette with plenty of wine plus I get to see my little cookie face for a bit before her bedtime.

I feel blessed today

Way to get back at it!
Great work.

nice session and especially nice dips!

have a great time tonight!

Nice work today N, good pushing it! Oh, and hot shoes

That does sound like an awesome day; good sleep, good food, awesome workout.

Those heels must look hella sexy with your hawt hammies that DL 225… I’m a bit jelly

hot shoes and hotter ass. you’ll bring the shoes to bed, right? we’ll hit the gym first so i can watch you dl with TWO big girl plates on each side!

cal- i’ll share the left side with you. would you prefer to be big spoon or little?

oh yeah and congrats on the dips!

Look at those dips! Very, very nice work. I’m going to have to pick up my game to stay ahead of you on these.

Love the shoes. I’d absolutely wear those.

There was a nice platter of cheese and pate on baguette before supper, a raclette composed of shrimp, steak and sausage, mushrooms, zuchinis, potatoes, onions and plenty of fab cheese. There was 3 bottle of wine served between 3 people (the husband was “on call” and driving). There was a very sleepy frenchie who fell asleep as soon as we got home at midnight. And there now is an achy frenchie who woke up at 2:30 with a bad belly. I’d never eat and drink tooo much would I? Anyways I took a couple of enzymes and I’m currently downing some hot water. But it was all worth it. My cookie face was all smiles and hugs. Cereally is there anything that feels better than a toddler who hugs you out of the blue without your asking? made my little frozen cynical heart melt.

+1 on the dips. Hmm, going to have to get my dipping belt out (but I have to watch for my shoulder, ack).

I get you on the hugging thing. I’ve never been big on kids but since I started working at the school, I’ve been hugged randomly by a couple of the nursery-age kids and it made me d’awww. Kids ain’t so bad.

What’s even better than a toddler hug out of the blue? When it’s your toddler giving you the hug. Take my word on that.

Hope you’re feeling better. I concur w/the others, the PR dip set is hella good work.
