Definately hem the dress. You’re right that the length give it a bit of a matronly feel.
Your front squats are looking good. What made you decide to throw them into the mix? I do them but don’t much care for them.
I have brotard syndrom - strong upper, weak legs from years of lifting and doing hours of treadmill cardio. The legs are tough for me. My squat is my weakest link but I don’t want to over-do it and squat heavy all the time so the front squat variation allows me to work on form and such. Not my favorite either but a good challenge. Plus I like how my arms and shoulders look holding the weight. lol. I’m so vain.
Here’s how vain I am. I like squatting in a tank top because I know my back looks bad ass when I have everything pulled together and tight with a bar across it. Just so you know that I get the weird vanity thing That’s also why I picked this particular picture for my avatar; my legs are looking awesome, for skinnyish legs.
Oro- you should totally get BB to grab a quick pick of you back while squating!! and share of course. if your legs are any indication that picture would be epic :)
We did this. I was a little disappointed in the non-epicness of it. I would post it if I could figure out how to get it off his camera.
Greenie: love my new jeans and somewhat affordable too. win win.
Oro: digital camera: you need a cable and maybe a program to download pics. what camera are you using?
Was planning on hitting the gym but the poor hubbie said he was bored and wanted something to do so we went out in the last of today’s beautiful sunshine for a cappuccino on a terrace and then hit a pub which aired a local hockey game. I was able to plow through 3 more chapters in my diving manual, while downing 3 glasses of red and a fab burger. only chapter 1 left to go for saturday. making good progress.
Full day of work and my advanced diving tonight 7-11pm. Took a short nap, supper and I’m on my way.
We will be studying peak performance bouyancy and underwater navigation. First class theory and then a couple of hours in the pool. No “official” workout but judging from past experience the class should be a workout in and of itself.
Last time there were 12 students and an insecure teacher which was a very bad mix.
This time we have an awesome teacher and 2 students including myself! plus the other student I met from my previous class and we had some good laughs together. Practically a private course. The week sounds promising.
here’s for now, I’ll try to get a few pics in this weekend. Remeber 14mm wet suits are not the sexiest thing on the market unless you have a strange fetish.

Jesus lord that face!
Serene, tempting, AND mysterious.
Practically the Mona Lisa.

Please refer to my comment about kpsnap’s bench farting.
Thanks Deja - I was just trying to be creative with something I usually feel awkward in for the extra challenge.
Bear - I would never accuse you of normalcy but remember that it will barely be 10 degress celcius OUTSIDE the water and we will be descending 100 feet IN the water so we will need to wear some serious padded protection.
Bobbi - woman of few words but when you let them loose we can seriously see where you mind is no harm, no foul.
Snap- taken this summer so a solid 30, but with no makeup and my long hair down I do look younger.
Hallowed - being compared to the Mona Lisa. I am wordless. thank you.
DCA: will go hunting for the bench fart comment with anticipation!

Thanks Print I was going for the medieval mermaid look - the scarier temptress rather than the “disneyfied” Ariel. These mermaids killed people. Not that I want to kill people but the play of attraction/ repulsion, innocence/ danger ect…
Got my hair cut and toes done this evening. Hair is very simple: kept long, only cut off the split ends and refreshed the layering. hairdressers don’t like me. I never want something new or different. same old same old but it suits me and my lifestyle. I’m not looking for reinvention and makeovers.
