Git totally said what I would have said on the hem issue. That kind of scares me.

crazyness. told ya I needed some wine.
I think you look tasty. The balance between gaining muscle and staying relatively lean is THE hardest thing for me. I can’t do a big “bulk”. I just don’t feel good about myself.
I’m reading with interest the MAG-10 periodic fasting approach on the home page. ON the surface, it appears to solve the problem. And I fucking hate cardio so that is another plus for the program.
If I didn’t get screwed when stuff crosses the border I would order it and give it a trial. I may anyway.
If you got screwed when stuff came accross the border you’d order each bottle individually.
That would be the premium UPS “Intimate” option.

Have you been spending a lot of time thinking about yourself naked wearing a Santa hat? If so, then be afraid.

Definately hem the dress. You’re right that the length give it a bit of a matronly feel.
Your front squats are looking good. What made you decide to throw them into the mix? I do them but don’t much care for them.
I have brotard syndrom - strong upper, weak legs from years of lifting and doing hours of treadmill cardio. The legs are tough for me. My squat is my weakest link but I don’t want to over-do it and squat heavy all the time so the front squat variation allows me to work on form and such. Not my favorite either but a good challenge. Plus I like how my arms and shoulders look holding the weight. lol. I’m so vain.
Here’s how vain I am. I like squatting in a tank top because I know my back looks bad ass when I have everything pulled together and tight with a bar across it. Just so you know that I get the weird vanity thing
That’s also why I picked this particular picture for my avatar; my legs are looking awesome, for skinnyish legs.

As a matter of fact, yes I have…oh. Yikes.

Yes your legs are awesome. The “wow” factor when you squat or deadlift is very high.
And I totally get the vain thing, N. I like how your arms and shoulders look too!
I plan on wearing tank tops to the gym long after I really should based upon the weather just because I like how my shoulders and arms look after a bit of lifting. And lets not discuss my lululemon pants problem. Sistards unite!
Never below the knee, always to or above the knee ![]()

I would love to wear tank tops at my gym but they are not allowed. Isn’t that retard? they say it promotes brotard mentality. lol.
After reading about your lulu addiction I decided to go find out for myself. The results were:
A- the styles are more flattering to smaller bouncy kimba-butts
B- I just couldn’t get myself to spend the money on something I would sweat in going to my commercial retard gym.
ah well to each his own addiction ![]()
Had a blast yesterday. I don’t usually hang out alone with my sister in law, this was a first and turned out well.
went for a nice lunch where I had flat crust pizza topped with home-made tomatoes sauce, beautiful jambon de parma sliced thin, tons of cripsy peppery rocket leaf, covered in big strips of parmesean shavings and a drizzle of olive oil. savoured with a nice amber tap beer. divine.
For her birthday I had given her a gift certificat at a mega shopping mall filled with fun stores and designer shops. My brother suggested I invite her to go shopping so that she didn’t end up going alone. I figured sure why not. She is usually very fussy, just had a baby and started working again. Obviously her body changed, and now she doesn’t feel as attractive and had very few pieces left that fit to wear to work. So my number 1 goal was to get her in a good vibe picking up items that suited her. Little Miss Fussy - and I say it lovingly, went home with 1 jean, 1 dress pant, 1 knit sweater, 4 shirts, a necklace and earings. I say mission accomplished
we shopped for 3 hours.
Although our focus was on her I did manage to pick up a few items, a pair of levis to fit my rounder squating ass, a nice work shirt, a killer dress which on the hanger looked uninspiring but when I tried it was like Wo!
and a pair of killer rayban shades cause last weekend I forgot my neice could crawl about and left my Marc Jacobs lying on the coffe table. To her benefit they were old and scratched and needed to be replaced but I just couldn’t find anything I loved just as much. until yesterday. Yeah for me!
After this session of crazy shopping I met up with friends for sushi supper and a bottle of white wine. Lovely.
Today the gym opens at 12:00 so i’m planning on dropping by a little later for some lifting.
Hope you’re all enjoying your weekend to!

Gourmet pizza and beer…great minds think alike as that was exactly what I had for a treat yesterday.
I am not much of a shopper, but can really empathize with a day of great finds. Its so hard to find things you really like.
