Focus on the Essential

Don’t worry. Somewhere there’s a website fetishizing women who fart so it’s not completely unacceptable…

Big lotta work there and I want that roast.

I like giant sets. Do you think low back fatigue from good mornings may have impacted the squats?

HA - that’s too funny. you shoulda said what you thought.

that looks like a whole lotta work (cardio? who needs cardio?)

seriously DCA - that avi gives me the creeps for some reason. Glad to know I made someone’s day, somewhere.

git: my squats are week sauce. scratching my nose will impact them. Because it’s my weakest link I’m not convinced they’ll get the attention they need. However I’ve decided to try this program for a couple months. I’m toying with the idea of taking squats off that program and just give it it’s day. 3 days of giants, 1 day squats and accesories and 2 days sprints… we’ll see. I don’t want to start switching things in my second week of the program though.

supper was freaking amazing. the hubby and I ate the whole roast. we’re such piggies.

frenchie needs cardio cause I love food and refuse to go on crazy diets. to each his own. The sprints will just keep the bloating minimal.

those giant sets look like they should leave you gasping for breath just like cardio. I’m not against cardio, just look at me and my bike riding. everytime I get back into it I wounder why I took time off from riding for no good reason. I just enjoy it. I do hear ya on the food and drink thing too.

yes and no on the giant sets. I usually pair the heavy/hard with easier. The goodmornings and jacknifes were not as challenging as the squats. The leg raises and skull crushers were not as challenging as the benching. Does that make sense? yes the intensity is higher than my old set up not cardio-challenging, I’m probably not going through them fast enough for that.

Those giant sets are making me tired just reading about them! Very creative program, and I’ll be really interested to see how you end up liking it.

If I weren’t stuffed on burgers, the pork roast description would just about kill me. I can’t come in here hungry!

i’ve blown my nose in my shirt before at the gym. lifted up the neck and let it go, done it into my pantleg, and there have been times ive shown up to the gym reeking of filth just because i know its gonna be busy, but clear out when i walk into an area.

im such an asshole.

You guys are cute, I would have probably eaten the whole roast my self. I think Git might be on to something with the idea that the GM’s might have worn your low back out and it showed up on the squats.

was planning to hit the gym but life happened and I had to work late. Here is some of my latest work.

ugh. working on the holiday catalogue.
somebody shoot me.

Holiday?!? Please tell me its not true, even if you must lie.

I see Ava so that pic is a win.

Those GMs still make me jelly.

What is it with you guys and your holiday hate?

Am I going to have to make a video of me in my Santa hat badly singing Chirstmas carols half lit on Jager to win you two over?

Training is looking good main…it is tough at the beginning but your body will adapt pretty quickly…If you have any more questions juts PM me or put them in my log.

Keep your rest intervals as short as possible…the only rest you get is to add more weight, then it is time to go again…i know it is hard, but it will make you better…

Keep it up!

Yes. Yes you do. It would be a selfless act that could redeem the upcoming months for a frenchie and a kimba. Maybe we’ll be inspired to buy our own Santa…hats.
