Focus on the Essential

I need to unload my bag for a second. Now I love my niece to death but when my grandmother comes up from California like once a year, my only remaining grandparent, when she’s here for a Full Month would it be so hard to feign interest in other people in this family? I call to make plans just the both of us and she asks if we can meet up at my brother’s. Look lady I’m not his secretary. Call him yourself.
Fuck this BS.

Happy Anni…sounds like the perfect day/night to me!

yo! frenchie! you gonna train anytime soon? still in vacation/travel mode?

give the old woman a sleeping pill and a laxative in the same evening.

also, my fav pic is the caterpillar.

Guilty as charged Mr. Dog. I’m back to work in the middle of a whirl wind. we have our fiscal year ending september 30th which gives me a couple of weeks to reach my targets. Let’s just say the week started with a loud bang. I’m okay with it but thursday’s workout didn’t happen and I’m babysitting tonight. Saturday I will make it happen. My brain has been in lazy ass mode for too long. I know I will love it once I’m in there, it’s just seems that now that my good habits have gone out the window they are hard to catch again.

Somebody come here and flame me if I don’t poste a workout by Monday at the latest.

back to work…

^Decompressing now & again ain’t a bad thing. Enjoy it will while you can. You’ll get the focus back once the first drop of sweat runs down your back.

Oh you can bet on that!

Ya, you sound busy!

I know what you mean about the brain not cooperating…silly brains, sheesh.

Yeah, breaks from the gym suck like that; it takes some mental pushing to get back in the gym after being away for a while, but then you realize how much you miss it.

No need to flame you (although a spanking may be necessary), you’ll get back in the gym soon.
You love the gym, deep down you know that, so I don’t think anyone’s expecting the “lazy streak” to last long.

<3

repost from sama. tried to challenge myself using weird props. kinda like this one.

french mermaid dreaming of deeper waters.

when I saw my back (cause I don’t stare at it everyday) I was pretty proud of how it looked. I’m going to the gym tomorrow to keep working on my piece of ass, I mean art

here’s to finding motivation

You should be proud of your back, and everything else. You look awesome!

Hope you get your moto back.

Beautiful pics as always…

just finished writing my grandfather’s eulogy. needless to say my lifting mojo is non-existant but I will non the less drag that butt to gym.

my condolences on your loss. loosing family is never easy.

I’m sorry to hear that Frenchie. The good leave us far too soon and the bad never seem to be able to find the door.

N I’m sorry to hear about your loss :frowning:
Ugh, life hits hard. Cope with this however you find necessary; the gym will be there when you’re ready for it.

I read my little text to my mother who was happy with. I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t very close to him but I’m worried about my mother who is trying to cope with it all as a bi-polar who refuses to see her doctor.
