Just read something that surprised me. Flomax helps with wood strength and that lots of guys stack this purely for bedroom performance (whether they have an enlarged prostate or not). Anybody had success with Flomax in regards to erectile dysfunction?
Do you know the cause of your ED? The nature why you can’t get sufficiently hard determines whether a drug might work or not.
I have read the same regarding flomax.
Intrigued by this and wonder if certain people can work even better than cialis in that case.
At this point, I’m not sure. In the process of figuring it out. That’s when I came across people stacking Flomax with Cialis.
Ahh ok. Just as a side note, it’s important to understand the difference between diminished libido and ED. In the absence of adequate libido it’s easy to make the mistake of attempting sex by convincing yourself that you want it. Or should want it. This can lead to lack of arousal and a subsequent ED episode which often leads to performance anxiety and finally actual psychological ED during your next encounter.
Not saying any/some or all of this applies to your case but worth mentioning as attempting to problem solve your way out of ED can be quite complex.
A good first step might be to determine whether you can get hard while masturbating or not. If you can, no PDE5 or muscle relaxant will be particularly effective for you during sex. You already have psychological ED and should assess your porn habits or general self-esteem level. Abstain from sex until these are resolved.
If you can’t get hard while masturbating and feel as though you’re self-esteem and general psychological health and porn watching habits are “ok” then there’s a good chance that you have some kind if neurological/ physiological issue.
If it’s physiological, you’re likely getting on a bit, typically over 50 but perhaps younger although this becomes less likely. Plaque in your arteries, high blood pressure or varicocele to name a few.
E2 levels seem to be a cause although nobody can conclude why. Symptoms differ so wildly from person to person that it’s barely worth mentioning at this stage.
There are myriad others including neurological deficits but the above seem to be quite common and are mostly self-treatable.
Good luck
