I see some urinating problem last weeks. I feel full bladder, but if I go urinate it takes few seconds than I finally start urinete and it starts with weak flow, in few seconds it is normal. (Like if somebody stands next to you and saying comon, and you just cant…)
In the morning I go urinate in 5-6am with same feeling plus I feel after urinate there is still something left in my bladder (some kind of pressure in my lower stíhačů) and I go in 1-2hrs again.

My problem same as yours started at 40. At 59 I went to the urologist and alfuzosin was the only pill that doesn’t screw with orgasm. Stay clear of Flomax. In 2020 I did lots of research and was always a big fan of Boston Scientific (BSX) A close friend has his name on many of their patents.

Just be wise and careful. You never want a procedure where they shot wires through your prostate. Think of your prostate like a walnut or lemon, if you hold them in both hands, the parts touching your skin ( the outer sides) They are like circuit boards if a procedure cuts through then forget-about-it. Then you have a very good chance of erection and orgasm failure. I went through 2 years looking at all the fixes. REZUM will have you fixed in 3.5 days. On that last day (3.5) you go to your Dr. and he will pull out the Foley catheter, no more bag, and you are like a 20 something again. TRT will be nasty on a prostate it builds up just fibers that press on your urethra from both sides, like a straw that you bend and crease, this cuts flow down tremendously. When I had BPH in the morning after a coffee or two I could pee a river. At night it was really hard on my sleep. Up all the time trying and only a squirt or two. Sounds to me like you may have an enlarged prostate putting pressure on your ability to urinate. I would get it checked trt/test can do this exactly as you describe. Good luck!
Man excellent advice. Thank you! I’m 43 Been on TRT 6 years and starting to have some of these same issues, repeats of antibiotic treatments working but for not as long. Finally broke down and went to the urologist and he just prescribed me Flomax but I asked for the Alfuzosin instead. Good to read what you wrote about it. Also was looking into the water therapy treatment. Seems that my line of thinking is the same as yours was. Hope all this worked out well for you
You are at the time it started happening for me too. I did the REZUN a few years ago and it was a very good experience with no bad things afterward. I dio take a 5mg Cialis every evening. Generic is very cheap through GoodRX. I’m 66 now and I pee like a kid again. I’m very pleased to have this behind me. My Brother dis this REXUM a year later with my doctor and had exactly the same perfect results. He too takes 5mg Cialis. We both are on TRT. Without intervention TRT will make it worse. Either way consider taking Lycopene. After my surgery my PSA went up and Lycopene brought it down. The cheapest 3rd party tested is on amazon in a bag. I think its 8.8oz. 9Bulk Supplement) it cost $63. You will get well 1250 servings. Look up Lycopene, Its a cancer fighter and works on the prostrate. I’ve been on it since 1998, every day.
