Flameout + Fish Oil on V-Diet?

Those who have done or are doing the V-Diet, do you take both Flameout AND a Fish Oil pill or is 4 capsules of Flameout daily efficient?

I bought fish oil and Flameout but haven’t cracked open the regular fish oil and don’t want to throw away 25$ if I don’t have to.
