I confess my first purchase with the money I got from selling my first house was a Rogue squat wedge.

My breakfast had 2300 calories this morning (309 c/ 42f / 155p). I can’t say that I’m overly full.

I am genuinely embarrassed to say that it took me 33 years to really appreciate just how tasty simple pan-fried vegetables can be. Broccoli and carrots cooked in EVOO with a bit of seasoning is delicious.
