Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 2)

I always liked the powerlifting approach to it.

Keep eating until your deadlift goes DOWN, then drop 1 weight class and compete there.

Honestly, I’m pretty tired of them too :joy:

Give it about 2 months and I’ll be back to complaining about maths classes, lazy people on Mturk and my sorority

I confess that when members like @T3hPwnisher change their avatars, it throws me for a good week or so afterwards.

It honestly was a tough decision, since my old one had become iconic, but I found this one more captured who I am and what I’m about these days.

I appreciate that sentiment.

The world would be better off with no salsa, if Pace (chunky version) was the only option.

I confess I drink way too much coffee.

I confess I should probably do something about that.

I confess I probably won’t.

How much do you drink? I’ve gradually slid up to 3 most days (1 can of cold brew, 1 medium dunks cold brew (trash), one iced americano).

I should just actually make my own coffee.

I confess I drink 6 or 7 10 oz. black coffees daily.

I confess this is the root of the problem…

My ninja makes the best iced coffee in town, and I apparently can’t get enough of it.

Aren’t we gonna talk about the elephant in the room?

So much changes in T Nation lately, I wonder where the general direction of the forums will be headed towards now…

They prefer to be called ā€œModsā€

In all seriousness though, I think the revamp of the forums is probably overdue. Forum users are a dying breed, and Iron Disciples have quite a few options to choose from regarding where to share their knowledge. BodyBuildingdotcom’s forum base is HUGE but also mostly uninformed; this does not matter to the gym newbie.

If the re-imaging of the forums makes it more appealing to gym newbies (or seasoned veterans), I’m okay with it. I’m also okay with Biotest/T-Nation profiting from anything that comes their way due to the new curtains.

I just don’t want T Nation to turn into this just to sell more. I mean, I get it, it is a business at the end of the day, but still, I hope the quality is maintained.

PS I hope I don’t get banned for this. lol

You were oh, so close.

Kidding! And believe me when I say that Tim, and everyone involved (shout out to our new member coaches!), has quality as their top priority.

It’s honestly cool to see so much attention paid to the forums. They were seeming neglected for a while there.

True, true. Good point!
