Now that would really be something.
I have some sirloin thawing out and some truffle oil. Iām going to give this a shot a little later.

From one of those giant pump top containers!
Oh my god the visual is TOO good.
@cyclonengineer Here we are solving the REAL problems! If only we used our powers for good.
You need to switch to hot sauce for the steak omelets. Just think of Cholula as Mexican ketchup and youāll be alright.
I used to be a āketchup on scrabled eggsā guy, but hot sauce>ketchup for egg-related matters.
I do partake in quite a bit of hot sauce on the steak omelets. Itās a nice compromise, but compromising is for quitters!
Sriracha is another guilty pleasure in that regard.
Aha! Thereās the California yuppieā¦
i have to admit though the thought of baking eggs into halves of avocados has crossed my mind more than once. I think I would have to eat about 6 whole avocados to get full though.
Chilli sauce. It works when nothing else will
This reminds me of these old crab cakes we used to get here-
I donāt know if those things even still exist. I think they were made with asbestos.
Really good though. The memory has stuck with me for 40+ years.
Not that it matters, but 99,99% of truffle products (truffle oil, various truffle infusions and so on) havenāt been within a 100 mile radius of an actual truffle.
Discord has been going on and off for a bit. I confess that I was getting a bit anxious.
So this is what it feels like to be reliant on social mediaā¦
I always grab it when my grocery store has it. Just takes me back, haha.
I nearly fell through myself when I saw it the first time. Itās been holding a steady place in the spice cabinet ever since. McDās picante sauce would be a welcome addition to the stable too.
When Arbyās releases their spicy three pepper sauce by the bottle, Iām officially done with everything health, fitness, lifting, everything.
Iām just gonna drown in a tub of chipped beef and happiness.
Iāve had Arbyās once, and it was as a 14 year old with an iron gut. Not sure if it was the Arbyās or something else, but the timing coincided with the worst food poisoning Iāve had in my life. Havenāt touched the stuff since.
I confess Iām not a fan of high humidity. Here in South Australia, we tend to just have dry heat in summer. Sure it can get to 40deg C (over 100deg F iirc?) and above, but no humidity.
This week itās been low 30ās AND raining⦠gym air con canāt handle it. Resulting in sweat pouring off me, and this in turn wrecks havoc with my earbuds = earbuds stop playing tunes = having to listen to the shitty gym musicā¦
First world problem yep⦠@simo74 is the humidity making its way to Melbās too?
Ugh. I donāt blame you. That can ruin entire food chains for life!
Iāve cut waaaaaay back on any/all fast foods for other reasons, but honestly donāt miss it much, and the last Wendyās burgerI had was actually nauseating.
Definitely a once in a while thing for me. Almost exclusively a late night on the road and still driving type of deal. Thatās also when it tastes the best though.
Yes mate definitely higher humidity than normal especially yesterday, but still nothing by Queensland standards. I donāt actually mind it, I love to be warm and all that extra sweating fools me into thinking I worked harder in the gym. ![]()
Come spend two weeks in Florida in August - walking outside on a sunny day feels like walking into a shower.
