Apologies, i thought you did neck day - everyday 
Iām cutting down about 30lbs and tbh iām a little concerned about having to find new dress shirts too 
I never find dress shirts i actually like so having to get new ones will be a struggle
I am sitting at 6ā3 290 currently. I donāt think I could drop 30 lbs without being miserable now.
This is hardly the thread for this, but can I ask why that is?
My āsecretā for dress shirts has been to buy for my neck size and use shirt garters because Iām too cheap to go to a tailor.

I find most dress shirts that fit my neck size are capable of fitting twice my waist measurement within their boundaries. A few āfitsā work okay thoughā¦ āAthleticā or +1 neck size and āslim/stretchā. Otherwise, it feels like Iām wearing a tablecloth
I donāt think I have 30 lbs to lose without getting to a point where I would feel like crap/or losing a good chunk of muscle. My log has fairly recent pics.

I just looked them up - my enlistment/brainwashing made me think you meant something entirely different for āshirt garterā. Those work pretty well, but only when you tuck in your shirt - some dress shirts are better left untuckedā¦ Anyways, yeah shirt garters are a must!
Not exactly what i imagined when you said ā290ā but maybe i should be less surprised with this forum lol. Iām jealous of that delt popping out like that - my delts are tiny and indescernable whilst covered in a nice layer of āinsulationā

Biotest has been out of creatine for some time now. I bought some from a normal supplements site, Iām halfway through that, so I went to buy some more because that site is having a sale. Boom, all sold out, all brands except the super expensive (i.e. way overpriced) one.
