Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 2)

We got new work sweatshirts the other day , but mine didn’t arrive. People came in wearing them and I thought “fuck me they are not flattering” everyone looked 7 month pregnant, tight on the belly but baggy in the upper body. Everyone was blaming the fit.

Mine arrived today, tight in the upper body and baggy on the midsection. Me and them are not the same.

I confess I feel smug about it.

I saw a post that started with “RIP Dave…” and I panicked more than I should have. Lol

I confess that years after seeing this for the first time, i still don’t know it it’s real or not.

It very likely could be real. It’s what one gets for being a moron on the leg press.

I ordered that limited edition “Grow”
Hoodie from EliteFTS in 2XL and it fits the same way (athletic cut). Tight across the chest and while not baggy in the middle.

the sound of ripping a chicken thigh off at the joint plays endlessly in my head while watching this GIF

So I haven’t seen this with a knee, but playing rugby this happened to someone’s elbow. It’s sounded like a thick cotton jersey being torn in half from 25 yards away.
A couple people saw it close up and got sick.

I’m subscribed to the newsletter for the academic “governing body” of Behavioural science. Ppl make announcements about projects, conference announcements, job postings…

I’ve read papers by 4/5 of the last people sending emails. I finally feel like I kind of belong

I confess that I tapped out of my morning training session because my forearm felt like it was broken and my hamstring hasn’t healed from a week ago…and now I’m here sitting at work thinking “I feel pretty good now” and am thinking about trying to set a PR on Keg Grace…

EDIT: I am too predictable

Oh, that guy is good!

There were several moments of uncontrollable laughter/difficulty breathing.

I confess I wanted to join in with a conversation between @simo74 and @T3hPwnisher about TMNT but at the same time realise that I’d have to confess to getting my kids to watch the nic jr animated remake not the original and realised that probably needs the cover of the FF thread.

For clarity I did grow up loving the original (and got banned from watching it because it made me violent apparently).

Mate just jump in, I am open to views of all genres of Ninja Turtles. The real conversation should be which turtle are you, I feel like we should recognise @T3hPwnisher as Raf just well because.
Who are you ??

Without hesitation Michelangelo.

Interesting choice that makes you the party dude!!
I always feel like I want to be Raf or Mikey but in reality I am probably Donny.

Haha, well I have far too many stories from my party dude days, which is why I’m no longer as party dude! Just in spirit.

In regards to your comment though, I think anyone who was into TMNT as well a kid was more Donny than they’d like to admit!

Donatello was the superior choice

It’s funny how Leonardo gets very little love in the “most favorite character” category. He’s not my favorite either.

Secret of the ooze was always my favorite TMNT. It only became more beloved when I rewatched it years later and discovered Keno’s epic burn retort to being rejected:

I don’t know what the hell you guys are talking about: Leonardo is obviously the best. And he has the coolest weapon.

The original TMNT movie is the earliest movie I can remember watching, with my probably 15 or so year old uncle. Good times.
