I confess I’m a SUPER PROUD papa right now: my 11 y/o daughter just called to say she qualified for the regional Christmas Invitational in the 11-12 y/o girls’ 50-yard breast stroke (her favorite!) after working so, so hard over the past three weeks to shave nearly two seconds off her previous best in that event.
