I had a 4kg rack of ribs from Costco, that is 4 racks of 1kg each. My plan was to freeze them and then cook them 1 rack at a time. Then I thought, nah, fire’s lit, I’ll cook them all now and then put 3 of them in the fridge for “later”. I also threw some salt-and-chilli pork rashers on the barbeque while I was at it.
Confession: it took me way too many times of reading the word hiatus and having no idea what the correct pronunciation was before I finally decided to look it up.
I like reading how you guys are doing amidst this whole thing. The positivity distracts me from how I’ve been having to literally scream at people to calm the fuck down lol. Not so much the shoppers, but like everyone who works with me.
