Welp, that settles it. I’ll order some

I didn’t believe this until I tried out a new pair the gym bought and left on the shelf for it’s members. Luckily I train in a tiny gym where they have separate units(literally separate stores rented opposite each other) for weight training and aerobics respectively and each unit has it’s own weight rack so no one really uses the place at the time I train.

Really???

Yeah, dude. Besides the fact that you can get a really exaggerated ROM, it’s great for wrist pain, as you don’t have to have your hands bent at 90 degrees to do pushups. You can also use them to do planches and L-sits. But for anybody who has never felt like pushups have ‘activated’ their chest, grab a pair of pushup handles and get a nice deep stretch in your pecs at the bottom.

This discussion has given me fond memories of db pushups supersetted with renegade rows.

Now Im thinking that’s a pretty good way to do core work.

That just sent me down memory lane looking for John Davies.

Couldn’t find him, but I like those push up to row combos too.

I think i was right.

After all these years, I’m still regularly doing his renegade rows with two kettlebells.

I started working in a pretty rural area last year and patients have been bringing me eggs from their chickens. Don’t know if I can go back to store bought after having these bad boys

We legit had feathers coming out of one of our eggs in the fridge the other day. Had to explain the Mrs that sometimes you get a fertilized egg…

Yes, dude. My wife has clients at the animal hospital she works at that bring her in eggs so fresh some of them still have feathers stuck to the outside of them. The yolks are just a different kind of orange.

It’s a delicacy in the phillipines! @whang

I remember being very confused and disappointed at the storebought eggs in the US after getting used to farm fresh eggs in Shanghai and growing up with an “egg person”

Had my share of pinoy cuisine during an awful relationship…but at least the food was good.

Baby chicks literally have ZERO feathers. They are just covered with fuzz. No feathers coming out of fertilized eggs in the fridge. Not possible.

Seeing @flappinit 's post, it seems it was more likely an issue of feathers from the origin sticking the egg instead.

I studied POLITICAL science, so you’ll have to forgive my ignorance. But my degree DID allow me to convincingly talk to my wife on something I had no idea about, so it seems like I still got my money’s worth.

That’s the great thing about this forum. We come from all walks of life to help each other.

I’ve heard from folks that it’s a whole new world of eggs. I don’t really care for eggs all that much in the first place so I won’t miss not eating them, but I won’t try and deny their efficacy as a meathead staple.

Have you heard the good word about drinkable egg whites?

These words do not belong in this order and proximity relative to one another.

That’s what makes them an awesome product. No taste, no smell, no noticeable texture (no “slime factor”). I tried drinking regular egg whites and juice wasn’t worth the squeeze.

Back when I had cereal, I’d use this in place of milk. These days, I use them for protein shakes. Actually had one this morning, haha.
