Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 1)

How does a math exam have a “spoken part”

Prove theorems and stuff like that

Meh, not worth it. Take the grade, pass the class and move on. Grades don’t matter anyways.

Also, congrats on grasping the American slang for oral.

That’s the point. I did all the 40+ past tests that were on our university website. I already knew what the exam looked like and I have already done all the exercises available. My fear is that I can’t get much better because there is no material to study on anymore.

With those exercises, my results were inconsistent. Some I struggled with and some I got them completely right, some in under two minutes, and those are exercises designed to be done in 40 minutes. Some of my rage stems from this. I know we can’t rely on luck, but if the exam had had one of those exercises instead, I would’ve gone much differently.

Hahaha fuck you (friendly smile)

That actually made me laugh

Doesn’t that mean you have a pretty good handle on the material? Chalk it up to bad luck, take the passing grade, and crush the oral part.

^^ My actual new dog

Brought him home Saturday… he followed me into the garage and the first thing he did was jump up and sat on my Thompson Fat Pad Bench. Its a sign!!!

What lowest weight in lbs are usually the most readily available plates in gyms in the US?
(Without me buying personal fractional plates, that is)

Here it’s 1.25kgs (roughly 2.75 lbs) and 2.5kgs (5.5lbs).

Gotta make a freedom unit spreadsheet soon

He’s gorgeous, good on you.

Thanks. I’ll write up on him some more. Found out the poor guy has been passed on like a foster child. We make home number 4 for him in his 5 years . Bear going to the vet tomorrow for shot update and exam. Wife is looking into local grooming place for his nails and proper cleaning of his wrinkle folds.I will go on record and state that he has a life long home now!

Most gyms will have 2.5lb plates available.

I got a new pup yesterday too!

Great Dane / Weimaraner! Aka a Great Weimaraner!

12 weeks old and won’t leave my side. Gonna be my new wingman

One of the coolest things I’ve ever seen was a pair of weimaraner at full gait running through the woods after a herd of deer. Beautiful display of power and agility.

Well mine just fell down the stairs and brought me my bathroom rug. Pretty sure he’s destined for great things.

I’ve started doing Agile 8 on my (concrete) basement floor because my cat demands headbutts and pets if I do it in my living room. I don’t have the heart to turn her down so I just suffer through the warmup :smirk_cat: aaaaaaand I’m the one that “didn’t want a cat”…

Yeah only one of the changes in ownership was understandable. Since one of them actually passed away.

But still that’s allot of changes for a dog in a short amount of time.

Yeah my youngest son wants to use Bear as his wingman. Wants of to bring him up so he can walk him around his campus.

Your son is onto something. I used take my dog to the ice cream place, get a spare ice cream for the pooch and sit outside with him eating ice cream. It was like shooting fish in a barrel
