I think it’s more accurate to say that the music we remember tend to be memorable/well-written. There’s a ton of trash no matter the generation.

You just have to know where to look. There are millions of bands/solo artists that all have something unique to them, you just have to find the right niche you fit into and it’ll open up a world of new, great music.

Luckily I have a musically inclined friend group that always shares songs and artists with one another, some of it is great, some of it not so much. Sometimes a guy like colter wall gets sent and absolutely floors me.
My confession is that I’m thinking of timing the leg doms in the next program I’m running so that it doesn’t make it difficult for me to get up for work, or move at work period. Part of me wants to make it super miserable and time it for Monday.
