Nice! I like my Powerblocks because of the space saving, but whenever I need 40 or 25lbers I always go to the iron ones I have. They just feel so much better.

Exactly! I have bow flex adjustables, and plenty of DB handles, but these were under a dollar a pound and I couldnā€™t help myself.

I missed a set of dumbbells, rubber coated, name brand, with a stand, going from like 15ā€™s 75ā€™s, for like $300. This was over a year ago, I still havenā€™t forgiven myself and I think about it often. I still remember the pictures in the add, and where the guy lived.

I confess that someone brought in a Whopper from Burger King to work yesterday. I absolutely transfixed my gaze upon him with transcendental envy and could actually recall the experience of eating one as he mindlessly plowed through his meal with nary a second thought.

And I donā€™t even like The Whopper. Itā€™s a very low tier fast food burger to me.

Once again, I confess that being healthy sucks.

Confession: A few weeks ago, it was finally cool enough to necessitate donning a fleece for the first time when taking the dog on her evening walk. To my surprise and delight, the jacket was noticeably tighter across the arms and (especially) shoulders than it was the last time Iā€™d worn itā€“clear evidence of good gains in good places.

After a few fleeting moments of joy, I realized I had grabbed my daughterā€™s fleece by mistake.

Culverā€™s has the best burgers of any fast food place that Iā€™ve ever gone to. No question in my mind.

That being said, Iā€™ve never been to In-N-Out, which I almost always hear is good.
