Flame Free Confession III: Even More Flame Free (Part 1)

I’m finding it very hard to not flame this. Why would you eat custard creams when the bourbons are sat right there watching?

You push yourself very hard: just in the wrong direction.

Edit: I am going to stop, as this is a flame free topic and I feel I am tip toeing to the edge here, but if you wanna continue @anna_5588 tag me in your log.

She does. Every time she overeats, is it not her choice to do so?

Oh man I love I love free will discussions.

Or at least I think I do…

I’m not attached to the idea that I’m in control of anything anymore. Thus I ride the wave of chaos. That’s when the pain of training becomes a form of pleasure, and the pleasure of food becomes bliss.

I had to dig through the Bourbons to get the creams…

NO FLAME!

It’s a fun topic - especially if you don’t buy into it … doesn’t matter what I say, it’s beyond my control haha

This. Riding the Chaos wave.

I have accepted my role in my new marriage as just being the one to tidy things up and have a backhoe and remote property available on a moments notice when my wife finishes her rampage.

My mom gets this way too when she’s super stressed. Unfortunately, my dad’s job in those situations was to find someone with a backhoe and remote property should he end up there

Haha thanks! I find that I’m incredibly lucky and good at appearing impressive on paper.
I’m pretty sure that I spent more time here in than on schoolwork in HS and certainly my first year of college

Knowing your role on a team is important!

@anna_5588 I must say that you’re good at deriding yourself. I can be too. You’re just smart.

I’m not sure why but my posts keep replying to the wrong people. I’m sorry if this ends up being you.

I saw your bourbon post, but just couldn’t think of how to respond without a flame.

Can we at least agree that choccy hobnobs deserve an honourable mention?

If God where a biscuit… He’d be a choccy Hobnob!

I’m definitely smart(at least according to a conventional IQ test), and have really good genetics for powerlifting. I could be a lot better though

After a few days?

That’s my response to low carb diets.

I have the same luck with IF. I do great in the morning, but then I eat “breakfast” at noon. And lunch at 2. And dinner at 5. And then a snack. And suddenly I’ve crammed more than a day’s worth of calories into about 8 hrs.

Yeah but this mentality leads to a perfectionistic outlook where nothing is ever enough. I know this because I’m you but I haven’t told anyone here about it. Acknowledge your positive qualities too Anna!

I ate a subway southwest Chipotle wrap for lunch yesterday, sprinting past my recommended daily sodium intake by a couple hundred milligrams with only a single item.

On a typical entire day of regular home cooked stuff I’ll hit 12-1500 mg.

It actually felt pretty good, but I’m not gonna make a habit of that.
