Pup-aroni aren’t bad.
I used to eat meow mix when I was a kid because my older brothers would eat all of the cereal and it was close enough!
Just don’t get into the wet foods.

I’m gonna have to give up on eggs for a bit. I have had gut issues (again) recently, and I have reason to believe I might be intolerant to them. The best way to find out without an intolerance test is to eliminate them for a while and see if I get better.
I confess that I’m low-key upset at this as they are such a versatile food and easy source of protein.
I also confess that I’m happy at the same time because I have to find a replacement for breakfast and now I totally have an excuse to eat fat, yummy cheese for breakfast (I think I can easily find some with a macro profile that matches that of eggs).
One of my newer clients today mentioned in the context of health and workout changes that a friend “convinced me to try juicing” and it wasn’t until he got to the part about buying a cheap machine that I realized he didn’t mean AAS.
I further confess that now I’m thinking about juicing.
Which kind!?! ![]()
I WILL WIN THE T-RANSFORMATION!!!
(System feels my message is unclear. I think it’s not.)
Cottage cheese for the win! Quark is also really great
I like cottage cheese but I tend to prefer it as more of a “lean” protein source. That’s something I choose if I have to get in relatively high amounts of protein with low amounts of other macros.
I am thinking more about Parmesan, brie, blue cheese, goat cheese. We have so many different kinds of cheese in Italy, that even choosing one proves to be hard! They tend to be higher in fat, closer to the profile of eggs than that of, say, chicken breast.
I am probably going to rotate between 2-3 types and have around 3.5 oz of mixed cheese with grilled sweet potatoes for breakfast.
Cambert or sheep milk would also work!
Get a cold juicer.
There are two types, the cold is a little more expensive, but worth it.
A centrifugal juicer creates juice that is only good for twenty minutes. A cold juicer creates juice that is good for two days.
Celery and apple is a good start.
You have just saved me a ton of research. Many thanks, my friend.
Yeah, I bought the centrifugal and didn’t like it. Wish I knew before. Then I bought the cold juicer.
BTW, for sale, great juicer - centrifugal.
Especially the tripe based ones !!
Oh those stink. I don’t know how my cat can even eat them!
Yer our dig used to eat them and they were bad. I may have eaten some in the long distant past but if asked I will deny it !! ![]()
The cracker you put it on makes a big difference. Not that I know. I’m just guessing because that’s how other food is.
The right type of chili sauce also helps!!
Can you juice chicken or is that strictly meant to be blended into a shake?
Is it thigh or are you juicing the breast ?
I worked out buzzed tonight for the first time. Other than zero motivation and skipping half my workout and using lighter weights with half the intensity it went great. 10/10 would recommend.
I’m low-key allergic to peanuts but still eat them. For about an hour after consuming, I lose the ability to talk. It’s all good as long as I don’t forget during a meeting.
