Also had a treadmill test ran 1.49 miles in 12 minutes (8 min/mile pace) aiming to do a mile in 7:00 or less later this year

Squat 265x5x5 sets - tough today really had to push, probably still recovering from deadlift and run earlier in the week

Pulldown 155x5x10 sets EMOM alternate overhand and underhand
Tricep push down 2x15 reps
Side bends 2x25 reps
Usually jump rope as part of warmup but today did one we used to do in BJJ class
30 jumping jacks
20 squats
10 push ups
Repeated for 5 minutes helped warm up hips and knees
Feeling the fatigue next week is the last for this cycle will probably skip OrangeTheory and give myself the extra recovery hoping to finish strong!

Went out for a friend’s birthday and got home super late. I didn’t really drink much but I guess since I never drink anymore felt it today lol

On the bright side a friend i hadn’t seen in a year or so asked if id been working out ![]()
I liked this cycle - going to do a pretty low key upper/lower split the next 6 weeks, just maintaining to focus on work deadline then switch focus to cutting fat in mid-April
