Now right now im taking Flax seed oil
but i Wanna switch to fish oil pills, cause i heard some bad things bout flax oil and i heard to leave flax oil to the ladies (possible estrogen…anyways i dont wanan debate any of this…

My question is that it says (and is commonly known) consuming large amounts of fish is potentially dangerous because of the toxins found in them from the shit we dump in the water and the mercury…so wouldn’t these toxins be passed onto their oils which then we consume?

only the cheap wal-mart brands that will buy the farm raised fish, verses the higher quality coming from the ranched salmon that the higher qualit brands get.

Flaxseed oil won’t do anything to your estrogen.

I buy my fish oil from DR.Mercola.com.
It comes from wild caught fish and doesn’t give me the burps.

If your gonna buy fish oil read the back…it will say what standards of purification and distilation they go through.
