I’ve noticed that I get heartburn sometimes when I’m taking fish oil. It’s never really been a problem for me before. Does this happen to anyone else? Any recommendations?

Do you keep it in the fridge or freezer? If not do so.
Take with food and lots of water.

Keeps it from going rancid and it lessens the effects of fish oil burps.
If I do not take my fish oil with food I always get mild heartburn and fish oil burps. I will try that freezer thing, thanks for the idea.
