First Timer Test E Questions

Hey all, I’m 23 years old. 5’10" around 160 lbs. I have been busting my ass in the gym the last 5 years of college with minimal results no matter what gnc or complete nutrition crap i took. So i did some research and talked to some people that i know. I wanted to do something simple to bulk up. So i got some test-e 300. Taking 1ml a week. Last week i stuck my right mid quad. No pain at the inject spot. The next day i had knot above my knee. A day later i could barely walk.

Then i woke up the next morning and the pain and swelling was pretty much gone. Well today i stuck my left mid quad. 4 hours later and i am getting a little swelling above knee i about the same spot as my right did last week. Some people i know says this is normal and it doesnt always happen. But what ive been reading is that it means that there is too much BA in the mixture. Is this just something i should get used to? Or should i try a different injection area?

You should pin your upper outer quad. What size needle you using and how far are you going in. Are you injecting slowly I allow the oil to absorb. Are you putting some pressure on the inject spot after pinning, could be the oil is leaking back out and running down your leg. And only 300mg of test e a week?

  1. Quit spending your money at GNC and start buying ground beef instead, it is way better than anything you were taking.

  2. Put 2lbs in the frying pan.

  3. Eat it.

  4. Learn how to train.

  5. Train

  6. Repeat steps 1-5 for a couple more years, then move on to step 7

  7. Research a proper first cycle including PCT, ancillaries to use during, as well as how and where to inject.

  8. Propose a cycle and get feedback

  9. Revise cycle.

  10. Do cycle.

Ya upper outter quad is what i am doing. 22gauge 1" needles

And 160 is the most ive weighed 5 in the past 5 years. Usually around 158. Max bench is 245 and max squat is 275.

wow, it’s almost like the crap they sell at GNC doesn’t work! Whoda thunkit?

22g? Jeez I bet that feels good haha try 25g maybe your not going deep enough with a 1" needle

Do that for as little as a month and i have a feeling you would get over 160 pounds. I think MacSaintson gave you the best advice though.

Post your diet and training you at least one if not both probably needs more assistance than your cycle.
