HEY…these two guys work hard for their gains and show excellent improvement. I commend them for putting up their pics for TN to critique them. They took the criticism constructively and went back to work, like we all should when its appropriate.
You deserved props for your thread because you put yourself out there and demonstrated some knowledge to set yourself up for success. If you get flamed, be the bigger man and ignore it and pay attention to those who are here to offer help and support, thats what this forum SHOULD be about. i know thats the downside of it but I only run races in the summer so all fall in winter I can try to eat large and lift large and see if that will help put some size on
