12 years of training? Your kidding, right? Dude you don’t even look like you went to a gym in those 12 years. I won my first BB show in 6 years. I heard one idiot actually say you were lean, compared to who? A fat person? You post your pictures on a hardcore BB site, and you probally still don’t get it. You just look like the average person on the street that doesn’t work out.
I am giving you a 2, and that is being generous. Do yourself a favor, hire a trainer, that can teach you the right way to work out. After 12 years, you should look impressive, and you are not even close. If you still don’t get it, look at my avatar, that is 6 years of training.
Granted i didn’t read the entire thread, but didnt we skip over something of great significane?
The man really likes pilates. I think thats been a major contribution to his physique.
