This will be my very first time using gear for weight lifting. I’m open to ideas and opinions of vets using gear out there. Hope I don’t get flamed. Lol.
Stats
Age: 25
Been lifting for 5-6 years. The first 3-4 years are on and off. 1-2 years of consistent training
Ht: 5’10"
Wt: 180 lbs - (started lifting from 135-140 lbs at the age of 19)
Race: Asian
BF: 15-16 % estimate
Diet: Clean to Moderate diet per week. Around 1-2 cheat days every 2-3 weeks.
Bench: 240 lbs x 1
DLift: 340 lbs x 1
Squat: 260 lbs x 1
OHP: 175 lbs x 1
Workout routine: I workout weekdays, including saturday if ever I missed a day of routine.
Goals: Break plats, keep the gains, look awesome.
Stacking plans
Week 1 = DBOL 40 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w (pin will be on Mon and Thur)
Week 2 = DBOL 30 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w
Week 3 = DBOL 20 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w
Week 4 = DBOL 20 mg/d : Test En 500 mg/w
Week 5 = Winstrol 100 mg/d (Sun,Weds,Fri) : Test En 250 mg/w (Mon and Thur)
Week 6 = Winstrol 75 mg/d (Su,W,F) : Test En 250 mg/w
Week 7 = Winstrol 50 mg/d (Su,W,F) : Test En 100 mg/w
Week 8 = Test En 50 mg/w
uhhh, so you plan to run test for 4 weeks, and then randomly add it in at week 8 again at 50mg? What’s the point in tapering dbol? please tell me i’m reading all that wrong. Your pct is screwed up pretty bad, do some more research on that. HCG during cycle only. What’s your diet look like?
If I could rate this on a scale of 1 to 10 i’d honestly give you a 2. Everything is pretty fucked up, it doesn’t seem like you’ve done any research, plus youre asian, aren’t you guys smart or something? (joking)

Week 5 = Winstrol 100 mg/d (Sun,Weds,Fri) : Test En 250 mg/w (Mon and Thur)
Week 6 = Winstrol 75 mg/d (Su,W,F) : Test En 250 mg/w
Week 7 = Winstrol 50 mg/d (Su,W,F) : Test En 100 mg/w
Week 8 = Test En 50 mg/w
Basically, I’m tapering some TestE from week 5-8. Instead of constant 500mg/w (250 mg pin on different days), im lowering the dose when PCT is close…
Week 5-6 = Test En 250 mg/w (125mg on Mon and another one on Thurs = 250mg)
Week 7 = Test En 100 mg/w (50mg on Mon and 50mg on Thurs = 100mg)
Week 8 = Test en 50mg/w (25mg on Mon and 25mg on Thurs = 50mg)
The standard beginners Test or Test/Dbol cycle plus an extra few hundred calories daily will get you nice gains. Dont try to invent the perfect cycle before youve even tried gear. Lots of other guys have done the homework for you. Take their advice, have an AI on hand and youre good to go.

Whatever cycle you end up running I hope you plan on doing a log because I have very similar measurements from a size and strength standpoint and would be curious on your results.

Yes for sure. I will re-do my cycle plan in a couple of days. Still waiting for the goods to arrive…
