First Time Posting

Ok I obviously don’t know what I’m talking about and you know everything so just keep imagining that you have a physique to rate. Compared to most of America you have a decent physique but you’re posting on a hardcore bodybuilding website.

Also I never said I have a desirable physique for someone who’s been lifting for 4 years. I’ve learned alot of things the hard way and have made alot of mistakes but I have learned from them and have inproved upon them. Also I’m not the one talking out of my ass. Why are you still posting on here? I thought I said to come back when you have a physique to rate. Hopefully if you listen to people and quit talking out of your ass it won’t take you as long to make good progress.

I am going to have to agree with the OP your progress did seem to diminish a little, and no offense but you aren’t really that big, either of you, so I find this argument quite dumb.
I’m not the one posting my pics on Rate My Physique so this has nothing to do with me. Maybe my progress has diminished a bit but how would you or he know that as I haven’t even posted a pic on this site for a while and have improved dramatically. Also, I’ve never claimed to be huge as I know I’m not. There are people on this site who are way bigger than me.

who are you bigger than? you still haven’t listed your age, but you weigh 205, which is exactly what I weigh and you went backwards in your progression so I’m not sure why you think that is making progression?

I don’t need a tip from you, if I wanted to look fat and 40 years old I would go shave my head and eat mcdonalds all day, thanks anyway though
Unfortunatly dude, you need tips from anyone you can get it from and what do you mean that I went backwards in progression? I’m progress everytime I hit the gym.

I see we’re back to the Rate My Progress qualification filled round.

OP, you’ve made obvious progress but still have a need for more overall mass. Keep up the work and try spending more time learning, lifting and eating rather than wasting it posting in this silly forum. It’s good for laughs and there are occasionally members posting that have physiques that actually deserve to be rated, but they’re very rare. Many people new to this site rush to post their pics before they’ve looked around and it’s always a mistake. Get back to lifting heavy things and take care of that shoulder!

Thank you for offering some constructive criticism and making reading this worthwhile, I am done with the other guy who has lifted for four years and has gone backwards in the development of his physique, and he has yet to give his age which I think is a clear admission that he is embarrassed to admit it. And again I need no advice from him because I don’t want my physique to resemble his AT ALL, especially after lifting for four years, if that is all I will accomplish then i might as well quit now.

As far as my goals I am trying to add lean mass, I do not want to put a ton of weight on, I like the weight I am at just would like to add strength obviously and steady lean gains. It is tricky training because of the things I need to avoid, I can’t do traps, no deadlifts, no regular squats (just got permission to do front squats), no flat bench, but incline is allowed. So i have to be creative, I just started incorporating some heavy lifts for my back, (rows etc.)

Don’t worry. If you can’t do bench, deadlifts, or squats then you won’t resemble my physique one bit. Good luck.

Thank god

Yo dude, sorry for being so mean. Sometimes I have to have my ego in check. Good luck with your gains. One suggestion I would give you is to not worry about putting on a little bit of fat as it’s going to happen if you’re trying to gain a reasonable ammount of size.

I saw earlier in your post that you wanted to put on lean mass with minimal fat gain. That’s good and you can do that if you do it slow but don’t worry too much if you lose your six pack. Again sorry for being such a douche as I’m sure you’ve gotten bigger since these pics were taken. Good luck.

Thank you, I accept your apology and appreciate your comments. That is the major thing I have to make a decision about, whether I want to put on a lot of weight in a short period of time or go slow and steady and just try to add some lean mass gains.

Currently that’s what I am trying to do, but that can always change. Hope we can put all the petty shit behind us and good luck with your training

I’d say slow would probably be more favorable because of your shoulder injury but like I said. I wouldn’t be afraid of putting on a little bit of fat. It couldn’t hurt. I guess what I’m saying is don’t be afraid to eat something.

Also fat is alot easier to trim off if you’ve put on a signifigant ammount of muscle as well. Whatever you decide, just be safe and watch out for your shoulders.
