I don’t think it is any more uncalled for than your post, if you put on 60lbs in one year you must have been a prepubescent girl at the start of the year because lord knows you don’t look like you really lift.

I’m sure you have an intimidating physique at your jacked weight of 220 at 6’1".
6’1" 220 lean is pretty jacked, what are you talking about?

I’m actually a 120lb gay kid that comes here to check out the pictures of all the hot muscled men on this website. I don’t actually train but I collect pictures of other people to put in my profile so that it looks like I do.

Sounds about right, judging by your avatar

Alright, am I missing something? I see a fucking dog in his avatar…Literally…black lab?..
He changed his avatar. Used to be some gay guy in a pink t-shirt showing his hawwt abs. He looked so effeminate I almost got a semi ;o)

look at his profile…he looks like he’s about 120 in the after pictures…he must’ve been 60 lbs before…

Someone explain to me how this happened.

I post a comment criticizing the original poster. He made no visible progress, didn’t even use the same pose (let alone doing all the mandatory poses for a RMP thread). Perfectly in line.

Apparently you guys are cool with that, but it’s fine to jump on the hate bandwagon for the guy that has lifted hard, ate hard, and made significant changes to his body in the past year.

Why is that? Because I don’t look like anything worth showing off? Even discounting that my profile pictures are from many pounds and many months ago, I ALREADY KNOW I do not have an enviable or large physique.

That’s why I’m not busy making a rate my physique thread for myself. But it is leaps and bounds from where I started out - and I have made significant progress which is more than a lot of people on this site can say.

I could have looked and your profile and made fun of you for having 15" quads. But no - if you posted the pic you’re obviously aware that they are small and need work. At least you know they are there and going to do something about it.

Is there even a good reason for this? Or are you guys just being tools for the hell of it?

Let me apologize for not looking absolutely awesome after a year of training, not even knowing what I was doing for the first few months of that. Nobody should be making fun of the fat guys busting their ass off and making changes in the gym, and nobody should be fucking with the little guys that are working hard and growing either.

I am genuinely surprised by some of the people here.

You really need this explained to you? You attacked someone - if you do that, you can be damn sure someone is going to have a look at your profile and call you out.

Simple as that…

That is true

dont post pictures here, if you dont look like a 250 fatass douchebag with mantits you will get flamed, most of this site is full of retards who base strength on how much bitchtits you have and dont base it on your actual lifts and pound per pound strength,

just use the site for the articles

There’s a reason it’s called “Rate My Physique”.

I do understand what he is talking about, But this forum is subjective so everyone carries their own opinion, what you and I think is a good physique, others may not. My only problem with this thread was how little constructive criticism there was and the audacity of a certain member, who has no business shelling out advice, being so critical of the OP. Regardless everyone is just trying to learn and offer some tips.

You are correct as well. I wasn’t trying to sound harsh or anything. I also feel there could be more constructive criticism without being a prick about it. The OP doesn’t look bad but he does have a ways to go before I’d say he has a decent physique. Again, I know he had shoulder surgery and I commend him for trying to work around it but I won’t rate him yet because he’s just not there and he hasn’t posted leg pics or back pics.

seeing as though i have another comment from a guy with a not so impressive physique I will add more photos.

another leg

one back from a while ago

I added some more pics, however I had to glance at yours, and while this is no “shot” at you, but again to come here and criticize and say I don’t have a decent physique, I have to ask if you have looked at your own progression.

Again I have now been lifting for a full year because I had 6 months where I couldn’t even move my arm in between my 2 years of training, so i have not had 2 consecutive years, you on the other hand have had 4, are much older than me, and are in worse shape now than you were before, you even said at your earlier picture that it was you when you were in your best shape.

I am more interested to talk with the people who want to help give me advice and clearly know what they are talking about.

I know exactly what I’m talking about and I’m surprised you have the balls to challange me when you don’t even have a physique yet. You still have alot to learn. You need to lift heavy and eat alot but you already know that with your extensive knowledge on the subject.

Let me give you a tip. Don’t call out someone who is bigger than you and is more experienced. It just makes you seem desperate for attention and it’s pathetic.

who are you bigger than? you still haven’t listed your age, but you weigh 205, which is exactly what I weigh and you went backwards in your progression so I’m not sure why you think that is making progression?

I don’t need a tip from you, if I wanted to look fat and 40 years old I would go shave my head and eat mcdonalds all day, thanks anyway though

You really don’t have a clue do you.

You, genious. I’m bigger than you. 5’ 10" and weigh 210lbs. If you weigh 205 You must be really tall because I just am not seeing it. Who looks fat and who eats mcdonalds all day. If you’re refering to me you’re sadly mistaken as I never go there and cook my own meals. Hell I probably eat more than you weigh. Come back here when you have:

 1. A physique
 2. All the required pics, goal and lift numbers
 3. When you have a better attitude.

First off, GENIUS does not have an O in it.
Second, I am 6’2 so you are right I am taller than you.
Third, This will be the 4th time? that I have asked for your age, still waiting to hear so it helps when comparing your physique to a 19 year old.
fourth, If you think that you have a desirable physique for someone who has been lifting 4 YEARS then you are certifiably insane.
fifth, I am leaner than you and am willing to bet much more athletic.
sixth, Your physique got worse, I think others will second that opinion, so why would you offer anyone advice? If you leaned out and lost the body fat that you added then you clearly would not be 200 anymore and therefore would not be bigger than I am.

However I am anxiously awaiting to hear your age so we can match it up with the years you have been training (4) to my age (19) and years training (1), Thanks

I am going to have to agree with the OP your progress did seem to diminish a little, and no offense but you aren’t really that big, either of you, so I find this argument quite dumb.
