looks fine. Fat cells aromatize more as they grow. You might estrogen control if you use a lot of T with significant fat.
Better than I expected as well. Good work OP. If you could get down to closer to 200 before cycling, I think you will like the results of the cycle a lot more.
I would like to suggest not necessarily dieting while recovering from surgery, but just make sure you eat clean. Your body still needs energy and calories especially while recovering in any capacity (to include surgery). I would focus super hard on just eating clean, but eating to satiety. This will take you a long way without necessarily cutting calories.
I would object. I think 20% is close enough, actually I think it is probably spot on. Fat under the chest, a good amount of fat on the lower abdomen and then the evenly distributed fat. Then lower back. Iād say 20 is more or less accurate.
I was 17-18 starting this cut and I was significantly leaner. So OP is not at 18, but definitely higher.
People underestimate body fat.
Also, OP is muscular, no doubt about it, which makes the fat look less than it actually is.
100% agree and I think this is why Iām seeing. I guess the 20% combined with those lift numbers (minus bench) had me picturing something totally different
Yeah, everyone probably was. When people come here with not great lifts, over 225 pounds and claim they are 20%. Usually they are 25% and non muscular.
OP is not one of these guys.
