First Test e only cycle… need some feedback

First cycle. Test e only. 6 weeks in

Wk 1-2: 250mg/week
Wk 3-4: 350mg/week
Wk 5-6: 400mg/week

Libido up.
Lift increases with each workout.
7 lbs gained.

49 yo
5’9”
176lbs
6days/week lifting 2d/week cardio
3000kcal/day relatively clean

I know these are modest numbers, but wondering if I should expect more or am I progressing as expected?

what do you think is missing that has you ask this question?

Was initially thinking that my weight would go up a bit more. Be it water retention or whatever….

how lean were you when you got started?

I initially was 170lbs, approximately 23% BF.

Not a good place to be doing a cycle. If you are 23% BF, then your diet likely is not clean.

I am not sure why you tapered up either.
