First Massing cycle

I’m currently recomping on 75mg Test Cyp 3x/week, 3mg Reta/week, and 30mg Tren Ace daily. After this(maybe January/February), I’m considering EQ and/or NPP for a longer “clean” massing cycle. I’ve never done this before though, so dosing and frequency are question marks for me. Also, do I need to take a break in between recomp and massing even if I feel fine?

Recomping usually means that one has gotten decently lean after losing body fat, usually hitting a body fat level of 8% or lower…..not saying that you are not there, but most folks get a “recomp” totally wrong.

If you are at 8%the new modality suggested staying at that lower bodyfat for a time rather than sprinting back up in weight. I would not use the Reta if you are looking to gain size unless your A1c of fasting insulin tells you that your carb consumption is taxing.

The reta is just to assist in the fat loss. I won’t continue to use it when the goal changes.

so you’re roughly giving yourself 2 months more to cut, are you lean/almost shredded? not fancy competing? what’s your age/weight/height?

I’m interested in what you choose to do when going on your gaining phase as I will be doing the same but probably a few months further down the line.

Yes. Im 217lbs, and I’d like to get to sub 200 before changing anything. I’m just trying to figure out what my next steps will be, and make a plan

what’s your height? 217lbs at 5’8 looks a lot different to 217lbs at 6’4. Are you planning to run gear for the rest of your days? this goes someway to understanding if you’ll feel fine after this cycle as you’ll need to take time for pct and let your body recover, to then blast straight away again wouldn’t be ideal.

So that’s not a recomp, it’s a cut.

I am 5’8”. Also, yes. PCT seems like extra steps. I have kids and I’m already fixed, so that isn’t a concern of mine.

For longer building cycles, the general option is to use longer esters.
With NPP though, it’s not a bad idea to start with the shorter ester to gauge tolerance.

With EQ, you may find that it hammers e2 as it’s a potential ai in most folks.

Nandrolone can cause e2 to rise in a secondary method, not that it converts directly.

Those three compounds can work together, especially in a building phase.

Keep an eye on your bloodwork, especially e2 and estrone.
