I’m 24 yrs old and I started my first cycle 10 months ago. I have 4 years of training under my belt, I started out as a skinny fat kid at 176lbs and made it to 240lb naturally.
Decided to do test e after a car wreck when I was told I couldn’t lift for 3-4 months. Initially I saw no change from the test e so I continued to play with compounds until I found what my body liked. I started in late july of last year, here is my entire cycle:
week 1-10:
test e 500mg a week.
bridged at 250mg week for 2 months
week 1-8
test e 250mg
tren a 50mg ed
bridged 4 weeks
250mg test e
week 1-10
sust 750mg
after week 10 i lowered sust to 500 added in eq anavar tren
week 10-20
sust 500
eq 400
tren ace 50mg ed
anavar 50mg ed
week 20-30
test p 300mg
eq 400mg
water winny 50mg ed
Now Im well aware that this is a long cycle for a first time user even if there were “bridges” in my cycle, honestly the reason I stayed on for so long was because I didnt see results in my body until I did away with test e and started using sust. As my cycle is pretty much done, (finishing out prop) I’m curious as to how you would advise me to pct. Tapering off? the traditional, take your nolva and clomid two weeks after your last shot? (i know this depends on the ester) and also, i would like to incorporate growth into my pct. Which one is a better option? hygetropin, somatropin etc,also if I could get an idea of how I’m going to feel, I know my cycle is all over the plce so any input would be awesome!
