39 y/o male - active, jogger. Used to lift a lot. Decent shape. 6’1, 210. Looking to get into my first cycle and coming up with my first go. Would like to see what you all think? I really wanted Anavar or Winstrol but figure Test C or Test E would be the way to go just with ease of access. I don’t want to get too carried away but I definitely want to be legitimately on it.
250 mg if Test C a week. 125 mg Monday morning and Thursday night.
12 week cycle
2 weeks of PCT: Clomid, 50 mg/day, Nolvadex, 20 mg/day.
Any adjustments I should make? Dosage?Willing to take a little risk, I have kids and don’t need to make anymore.
Best avenue to get this assuming no dr? My dr laughed at my test results and won’t refer.

I had it tested twice. Two years apart. Both times were high. Once 600 overall. The second time was 900. I know you may ask about free and all that, I don’t have the exacts, but he did do them, and they were strongish.
Nothing crazy lifting wise but I’ve benched 315 and ran a 22 min 5K in the same day at 36 years old. It took all I had to get in that shape and I felt on top of the world. I’d like to get back that same feeling but I can tell I’ve lost some of the vigor and could obviously use a hand.
I run a 5K, 5x a week. I do 2x days right now of pull ups and chin ups for an hour. More focused on staying as lean as possible, maintaining some upper body strength, while waiting for my first cycle. I’ll launch into 4-5 days a week lifting when it begins. I’ve done this routine for 20 years.
And sorry. It used to be 900, now 600. But tbh I never felt quite right at 900 either (though I did feel much better). I’m not reckless or anything, my issue is fat and I need help with a 6 pack. I’ve dieted and tried everything throughout my life, I’m a great athlete, just bulkier. Im a fullback and I’m cutting to running back for the first time in my life. I need a hand and I know my body can handle it. No worries either way man, all the best!
Thank you sir! I appreciate the dialog. I’m basically looking for “Hey, I know I can do 2,200 calories a day, I know I can do the workout part… done it 30 years… I legit just want to cheat a little, want a sex drive still (or better yet), and have minimal risk to some degree because I have kids.
I’m familiar with high level sports and what to really “go for it” a little. I’m also just being totally honest with you cause I want to do it right.
Theres no reason that you can’t reach your goal with test levels of 600-900. Your planned cycle has some flaws and will likely end up being 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards at best.
Yeah I mean I’m looking to run a standard cycle of test c or test e. I’m gonna be 40 and want to give it a try. I don’t want to get too carried away, but I do want my test back up and north of 1,000 for the first time. I want to be an animal and go for it some in the gym and diet. I’m familiar with D1 sports and high level athletics and everything else.
If you have recommendations towards a safe first cycle for someone looking to get their test, via test, I’d love it. Otherwise I guess I’m a little confused.
Got it! And appreciate it gentlemen. I figure on starting 350 mg or so of Test e/c. Not that I wanted the whole ‘why’, but yeah… for sure. Dropping test from 900 to 600 over the years, being an athlete that lifts and works out and wants to take the well understood risk, as intelligently as possible, I figured I’d get the tweaks here.

With all that being said. If you are still dead set on doing this, I think PCT needs another look. I’m a TRT guy. So, others here are way more versed than me. I just don’t think running two SERMS at once is necessary. #blshaw ?
Thank you sir. I am 100% going to do this if I’m able to. I have the whole trauma/story and athletics as much as anyone else. I already have one son in college sports and my younger two will be college athletes as well. I’m done being told all the reasons not to by 55% of a population that all started the same way.
I’m going to cut out energy drinks (2x a day) and any remaining alcohol, fats, smoking and processed sugars to offset the obvious risk of the 300-400 mg I plan to begin and it’s tax on my body.
No my goals are not BF% like most of yours. Mine are more ‘formula to 90’ and things like 20 pull ups, 315 bench, 20 min 5K towards functional athleticism and high level output enabling me to ready D1 athletes at the very highest level without distraction or tire.
Any redommendations, tweaks or additions on what I should consider for a 12 week cycle to keep me healthy while running a very standard 350 test cycle would be appreciated. I’m not doing sarms or tren. I want TRT x 2 basically. That’s it.
