First Cycle, Test E. Diet Help

So I’m a junior in college. 22 years old. Was a power lifter in high school, been lifting for about 7 years now. Sitting at 220 at 6’3. Taking 500cc of Test E a week, 2 shots a week, (250 a shot) and was really wondering what is best to eat for solid GAINZ.

I don’t want a lot of body fat, and am aware that I could possibly lose somewhere of 20-40% of what I gain once I get off. I’d like to sit at 230 when I get off. What is the best way to gain while on and how is the best way to keep those GAINZ when I PCT? Help would be nice. 0 experience on roids. Need helpful veteran insight

Here is what your cycle and diet should look like, cycle as follows :
Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg/ED (every day). (For optional kick start for additional support.)
Week 1-12 Test Cypionate or Test Enanthate 500-600mg/Every 3 or 4 days, EX : Monday-Thursday, Tuesday-Friday, Wednesday-Saturday and the rest.
Week 1-12
** Use an AI (aromatase inhibitor) to control sides and estrogen. AI examples : Arimidex 0.25-0.50mg of arimidex/EOD (every other day, as in, every second day, a lot of people still don’t know what this means…)
Since you are running a test only cycle, see how much arimidex you will need and adjust from there. Unless you add Dbol.

  • Run a 12 week cycle not a 10. you want to get as much as you can with your cycle using the less amount of compounds.

Post cycle therapy (PCT)*

  • Week 14-18 Clomid 50mg/ED
  • Week 14-18 Nolvadex 20mg/ED
  • Week 14-18 750iU’s of HCG/Every 3 or 4 days, (twice a week) (Human chorionic gonadotropin) iU’s (Units)
    (Some people say it is better to take HCG on cycle I myself am still confused about this. any help appreciated :slight_smile:

Diet is hard to help with not knowing how you train.
Lay me out your training schedule for weightlifting and I’ll go from there.

^didn’t someone already tell you not to use hcg during pct in your last thread?

First off, let him make his own cycle and post it. If someone can’t accomplish that, how are they going know how to solve a problem if it arises? They won’t research, they will only look to be spoon fed (bad)information.

HCG is suppressive is why you use it during cycle and not pct. It is also redundant to use clomid and nolva together.

As for the OP on what to eat on cycle…what the fuck? Food…just a little more of it

Well the amount of retarded is Monstrous in this thread. With that being said OP how does it feel to be shooting 125,000mg of a gear a week (500cc) just curious?

I find it easier to weigh myself standing up. Have you tried this yet? It could make a substantial difference in your ability to weigh yourself. I’m not sure why you’re ‘getting off’ while you’re weighing yourself, seems like bad timing to me. I hope you’re weighing yourself at home at least. You could go to jail for doing that in public.
