I wanto lose some wieght and gain some muscle so i was lookinga the following.
Test 300 / 500 per week split over 2 shots.
Clen : whats a good amount weekly
Clomid and nolva : how much and when.
Sorry if its a dumb question but a complete noob with this, most of the info i have is from info i sort off figured out myself which could be completely wrong.
