First Cycle Suggestions

STATS:
Height: 6’1
Weight: 220
Age: 22
Squat: 425
Bench: 305
Dead: 525

Ive been surfing this site for a couple years now, but this is my first post. Ive been lifting serious for 3 years and have competed in one powerlifting meet. This is my first cycle, and I have no prohormone experience.

Cycle:
Weeks 1-11 Equipoise 200mg/week
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg/week

PCT:

Weeks 1-14	Nolva 10mg/day
Weeks 14-16	Nolva 40 mg/day
Weeks 16-18	Nolva 20mg/day	

Questions:
Ive read some cycles where higher doses of Eq (600-800mg/week) were used. Does this dosage of Eq make sense or do I need more? Ive also read Nolva can be tough on the body… Do you guys have other suggestions for the PCT? Do I need HCG or an AI like Adex?

 I have access to Anadrol and considered shortening the Test to 10 weeks at 750mg, kickstarting that with 50mg Adrol for the first 4 weeks, and just not using the Eq at this point. 

What do you guys think?

I’m not the expert around here but I’m lost why you’re running nolvadex for 18 weeks.
I like the concept of hcg and adex much more during cycle.

Alright, so something like Weeks 3-11 Adex 0.5mg EOD and no Nolva till PCT?

A bobs in a first cycle isnt smart. If u could get ur hands on some dianabol id say kick start it with that. RUn something like

Dbol 1-4 50mg/day
Test 1-10 500mg/week

PCT
Nolva 40 20 20 20
Clomid 100 50 50

Id say ^^^ is the way to go and save the EQ for cycle 2

Yeah, I’ve thought about going that route as well since Dbol/Test E is a ‘safe’ bet and would probly be plenty for a first timer.

Is there any advantage in taking both the Nolva and the Clomid, or should one be enough?
