First cycle need advice!! !!

Hi everyone - I’m a 32 y/o male and I’ve been lifting for 10 years +. I’ve done a couple oral cycles nothing crazy. To be honest it was experimental. A lot of people gave me feedback on doing a proper cycle to reap better benefits. There’s so much research out there it can get confusing at times. I’m finding it hard to stay dedicated to the gym and kick my bad weed habit. I feel as if I get locked in on a cycle it will help steer my focus to the gym and away from other habits. When I was younger I use to love training and never missed the gym for my 5/6 days a week schedule. I want to lock the f*** in.

What would you suggest for a starting cycle? I don’t want to get massive but I do want to get some gains. My end goal is to be stronger and bigger and be able to main-gain through the year.

What are your thoughts on this?

You went this far. Can you explain in detail each cycle with the results you acquired?

Search bar. Same answer every time. Test E/C at 300-500mg depending on your risk assessment for 10 weeks.

Don’t worry you won’t. One cycle isn’t going to make anyone massive.

Not gonna happen. The only way to maintain what you get during the cycle is to cruise on a TRT+ test dose. Think about it. Your body likes to find homeostasis with your long term hormone levels. You increase them and gain… then go back and lose. Expect to keep less than half of what you earned on cycle.

My advice would be to “get locked in” for 6 months or more prior to using gear. You should not need drugs to motivate you.
