First Pin Experience.
Running 1 cc deca/test a week (deca once per week, test split into 2) to begin with. (20-21 weeks out from show)
I was shaking like all fucking hell. I couldn’t get the oil out because of the pressure and then couldn’t get air bubbles out of the syringe… Anyways i got there in the end. Aspirated and no blood, found it really difficult to push the plunger down because i was a little nervous, pain wasn’t too bad. Felt the muscle react when i got all the way down (1" pin) in my quad. Hoping I will get used to this… Will post how the second pin and the next day soreness feels.
Edit: Week 2, upped the dose to 1.5cc each per week, split tue morn/fri night.
Sore but not too bad, couldnt get 1.5" pins for glutes in 25g. Also no one to help me out with them, so its 1" for quads, ventro glute & delts. Only 2x week so i have plenty of sites.

Laying down? Really? Just stick the fucking needle in your ass and take a breather press the plunger and breathe.

Got my second pin tomorrow morning, now that i’ve got the process sussed out a bit better it should go a lot smoother. Quad is a little sore but not bad enough for a limp or anything. It kind of feels like theres a bit of a dent below the site where pinned, is that a problem? or it could be me only realising thats there after the pin.
read an article awhile back about how you should pin in the muscles you want to improve the most and i think Boston Loyd talks about this in a video too.

tbh, I wouldn’t use Bostin Loyd as a great example of somone to emulate. SOME people think there’s a value in pinning target muscle groups but for every person who sees a benefit there’s a million otehrs who dont’.
I’m talking about AAS here, for certain peps it’s a different story.
Second pin, went so much better than the first. Drew really easily, muscle twitch when it hit wasnt bad, aspirated fine and went down like a charm. It was actually kind of nice, went on to do 20mins cardio after on the bike with no pain. Trained quads this morning (pinned into left one) and it wasnt bad, tightening up a little bit now but overall im pleased with how its going so far.
This week i pinned the deca as 1cc once. next week i think i’ll break it up into 0.5cc tuesday/thursday as i did with the Test E just to make it easier than pinning 1.5cc and then 0.5.

Honestly Boston Lloyd seems to be a dumbass, in one video i’ve seen he gives recommendeds massive doses of AAS for a first cycle buddy of his. I’m talking like 1g test 600 tren, HGH and slin…

I was a little shaky my first time then I grew to love it[/quote]
Much easier in my opinion and guaranteed no tensing of the muscle while pinning as apposed to if you are standing. I guess you could always stand on one leg but why do that when you can just lay down in your comphy bed lol. Can’t say I love sticking it in my ass like you claim though, laying down just makes it easier haha

Yeah I know a few guys who swear by it, so maybe there’s something to it. I do like 90% of my pinning in my glutes and I’ve never really noticed any localised effect but then I rock a pretty hefty badonkadonk as it is so maybe.
Do you really want to start pinnign things like your upper chest or the long head of your triceps? No fucking thanks!

I’d consider it, my left tear drop isnt as thick as my right so if anything id pin there. But i cant imaging how much it would hurt…
Why do you guys think pinning a certain muscle with aas will have any noticeable effect in terms of muscle growth? Other than expanding part of the muscle slightly for a few hours, I don’t think it would do shit.
