Yes topical fin goes completely systematic exact same level serum reduction of dht as oral. Du seems much better in that regard.
Need to look more into Ru see how much of that goes systemic

The issue with this is serum DHT is very reduced too. It does not seem to stay in just the scalp. Topical dutasteride is supposed to stay in the scalp better than topical finasteride, but will lower serum DHT a bit. It also seems to only need to be applied 2X a week. RU58821 also seems promising, but needs ED application.

Does anyone know if blocking DHT production while elevating testosterone a lot still causes hair loss?

If DHT is 3x as potent as T in the AR, would tripling your T while blocking DHT leave your hair as bad off? Or does the potency of DHT cause different effects in the AR?

Androgens are going to cause hair loss. Dht is the most potent though.

I’ve heard conflicting reports now on topical dutasteride getting into the system if used long enough. More research is needed.

15% drop mentioned earlier sounds fine. I am sure you can function more or less as well as a normal man if you start with high T. 85% of 600 is the equivalent DHT of someone with 510 TT. Anyone can live with this fine.

Well, I’m not sure the 15 percent is accurate for long term use. What I’m saying is it sounds promising, but I am no expert and there isn’t much research.
